Fee for LASIK or Radial Keratotomy

The fees below include the following services:

• Initial eye examination.
• The refractive surgery and any enhancement procedures for one year. (There is a $250 equipment fee for enhancements after one year.)
• Follow-up visits for one year following surgery.

Refractive surgery reduces the depency on glasses. Patients are responsible for any medications needed from a pharmacy.

The price for refractive surgery is $1,200 per eye.
